At Rasoitools, we aim to deliver a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please read our return guidelines carefully.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if the item is defective, damaged, or an incorrect product was delivered.
Return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
Size or color exchanges are possible only if stock is available.
Items must be unused and returned in original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Personal care items, hygiene products, innerwear, and cosmetics
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Items returned without original packaging
Change-of-mind or dislike reasons
Requests raised after the reporting window
3. Return Process
Contact our support team with your Order ID and photo/video proof.
Our team will review and confirm eligibility.
If approved, pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be shared.
Refund or replacement is processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
4. Return Shipping
If the product is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping.
For exchanges or non-defect cases, return shipping may be charged to the customer.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders, refund is issued via UPI or bank transfer.
6. Replacement Policy
If replacement stock is available, a new item is shipped within 3–5 working days.
If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
7. Fraud Protection
Photo/video proof is mandatory for all claims.
Unboxing video is strongly recommended.
Returns without proof may be rejected.
Rasoitools reserves the right to refuse fraudulent or abusive return claims.
